The service

CheckMySupply is supply-house invoice auditing software operated by Byte47 LLC, 1209 MOUNTAIN ROAD PL NE, STE N, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87110. You forward your invoices and related documents; we check them for price creep and billing errors and return our findings along with ready-to-send credit requests you send yourself.

No contracts, cancel anytime

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time. On cancellation, your documents and price history are exported to you and deleted on request.

Findings are informational

Our scan findings are provided for your information. You decide whether to act on them and you send any credit requests to your supply house from your own email. We never contact your supplier on your behalf.

Guarantee and recovery

We stand behind our work with our stated Found-Money Guarantee, subject to its terms. Apart from that guarantee, we do not promise any specific recovery amount. Outcomes depend on your suppliers and your own follow-through.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Cancel anytime by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. You keep every report we have already sent you, and you can export your price history.

If we do not find at least the amount you have paid us in documented billing errors and price creep in your first 60 days as a paying customer, we will refund every dollar you have paid, per the Found-Money Guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckMySupply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
