Overview
CheckMySupply audits your supply-house invoices for price creep and billing errors. To do that well, we ask for a small amount of information and handle it carefully. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your email address, so we can communicate with you about your account and send you scan findings.
- Forwarded invoices and related documents — the supply-house invoices, quotes, purchase orders, and packing slips (including photos) you send us for checking.
- Basic usage data needed to operate and secure the service.
We do not ask for information we do not need to do the job.
How we use your data
We use the documents you forward solely to check your invoices, identify price creep and billing errors, and prepare the findings and ready-to-send credit requests we return to you. We use your email address to deliver those results and to support your account.
Storage and security
Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people and systems required to perform your scan. We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service.
We never sell or share your data
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your documents with third parties for their own purposes. Anything we publish — including our Material Price Index — uses supplier catalog data and anonymized aggregates only; no customer, supplier, or job is ever identifiable. You can opt out of aggregates entirely.
Your choices
You can request an export of your data or its deletion at any time. When you cancel, your documents and price history are exported to you and deleted on request.
