CheckMySupply.com
Same fitting. Same supplier. Different price every month.

We read every supply-house invoice and catch the price creep — before you pay.

Forward last month's invoices (or snap photos at the counter). We'll show you the creep, the billing errors, and the duplicates — free, in 24 hours. If we find nothing, you've lost ten minutes.

No demos. No sales calls. No contracts. No card required for the scan.

What price creep actually looks like

¾" copper 90° elbow (bag of 10)Mar $14.20 → May $16.10 → Jun $17.80+25%
½" PVC Sch 40, 10 ftMar $3.85 → Jun $4.60+19%
12/2 Romex, 250 ft rollApr $89.00 → Jun $104.50+17%

Nobody called to tell you. It just showed up on the invoice — and you paid it. That's the creep.

How it works

Keep buying exactly the way you buy. We do the checking.

1

Forward or snap

Email invoices to your private @checkmysupply.com address, connect QuickBooks, or photograph the paper ones in the truck. All three work from day one.

2

We check every line

Every unit price against what you paid last time. Every invoice against your quote. Quantities, math, and duplicates — checked on every single invoice.

3

You get the receipt

A weekly "money found" report with proof for every finding — and a polite, ready-to-send email to your supply-house rep. Most credit requests on recent invoices just get honored.

What a scan finds

Real findings from real shops (details anonymized). Every one comes with the paper trail.

The tools that do this for big contractors make you "book a demo" to hear a price. We think you can read.

The Found-Money Guarantee

If we don't find at least $1,188 — a full year of Watchdog — in errors and documented price creep in your first 90 days, we refund every dollar you've paid. Your data says we won't have to.

Why we don't do discounts

A discount says "we're not sure it's worth it." A guarantee says "we are." No coupon codes, ever — just the free scan, the guarantee, and the running total of what we've found for you.

Software that respects a shop owner's evening

No demosNo "book a call"No contractsNo per-user pricingNo hostage data

You decide at 9pm at the kitchen table, not on a Tuesday Zoom with a sales rep. The price is on this page, the first scan is free, and if you leave, your price history leaves with you.

Questions shop owners actually ask

Will this tick off my supply house?

You send every credit request yourself, from your own email, politely worded by us. Counter guys fix recent errors all the time — it's the 60-day-old ones that get "sorry, already posted." Most reps respect a customer who checks. And your price history gives you something you've never had at negotiation time: receipts.

My invoices are paper, in the truck.

Normal. Photograph them at the counter or at the end of the day — crumpled is fine. Or have your supply house email invoices to your private CheckMySupply address and never think about it again.

Is my pricing data private?

Yes. Your prices are yours. Anything we publish (like our Material Price Index) uses supplier catalog data and anonymized aggregates — never your identifiable numbers. You can opt out of aggregates entirely and export everything anytime.

What if you find nothing?

Then you have proof your supplier is playing it straight — worth knowing. About half of first scans find $200+. And the 90-day guarantee means a quiet first quarter costs you nothing.

I have a bookkeeper — isn't this their job?

Bookkeepers reconcile totals; almost nobody re-checks unit prices line by line against what you paid in March. Many of our best fans are bookkeepers — we give them a free dashboard for all their client shops. Send them our way.

Who's behind this?

A small team that reads supply-house invoices all day. Every question gets answered by a human — usually the founder. There's a real inbox behind that button.
